Ingredients of Instant Jalebi Recipe

Maida 2 cups
Yeast 1/2 tbsp
water to 2 cups
Ghee for taking
for syrup
sugar 4 cups
water 2 cups
milk 1 tbsp
Saffron 8-10 threads
5-8 pistachios (finely chopped)

Instant Jalebi Recipe Process

1. To make the Jalebi recipe, first place half lukewarm water in a small bowl and add yeast to it and keep it aside to swell.

2. After this, sieve the flour in a big vessel, then make a solution neither too thick nor too thin by adding pre-dissolved yeast and water to it.

3. Now cover this solution for 5-6 hours and keep it aside. So that the yeast can rise in the jalebi solution.

4. After this, put sugar and water in a vessel and cook on a low flame till a string syrup is formed.

5. After the syrup comes to a boil, add a spoonful of milk to it. Due to this, the dirt of the syrup will come up, which can be easily separated with the help of a spoon.

6. After boiling the syrup for a long time, lift it with the help of a spoon, if the syrup falls like a thin stream, then the syrup is ready.

7. Now add saffron to the syrup and let it cook on low flame.

8. After this, heat ghee in a pan on a low flame.

9. Now beat the jalebi batter well with the help of a fork.

10. After this, fill the solution in a sauce bottle, give the jalebi a clean thin cloth or a milk bag in the shape of a cone.

11. Now cut one corner of the cone and make jalebis in hot ghee.

12. After this, bake the jalebis from both sides till golden brown.

13. Now put the cooked jalebis in the prepared syrup for 5 minutes and take them out.

14. After this, place the prepared crispy jalebis on a plate and garnish with chopped pistachios and serve hot.
