Rajasthani malpua is a very soft and tasty delicacy. When koya is added, it is called mawa malpua. This is an Indian sweet-lover’s delight. I have made it simple and easy by adding milk powder to it. It is soft, fluffy, yet crisp, is coated with sugar syrup and served with creamy chilled rabdi.
