F से Fish With Corn Salsa

Ingredients:

For Fish Marination-
• 2 Fish Fillets
• 1 TSP. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• 1/2 TSP. Pepper Powder
• 1/2 TSP. Salt

For Corn Salsa-
• 1/2 Cup Corn Kernels
• 2 TBSP. Finely Chopped Spring Onions
• 1 Finely Chopped Tomato
• 1 Finely Chopped Onion
• 2 Chopped Green Chillies
• 1 Lemon Juice
• 1/2 TSP. Red Chilli Flakes
• 1/2 TSP. Pepper Powder
• 1/2 TSP. Salt

Method:

To Grill the Fish-
• Drizzle both sides of Fillets with oil. Sprinkle with Salt and Pepper. Grill the fish on both sides.

For Corn Salsa-
• Take a bowl. Add Corn Kernels, Onion, Green Chilli, Tomato, Pepper Powder, Salt to taste.
• Add Lemon Juice and Mix Well.
• Garnish with Spring Onion.
• Serve Fish with Corn Salsa and a Lemon Wedges on the side.
