This classic tart has a distinct flavor due to the orange blossom water. It’s a good one to bring to parties during the holiday season. It looks festive and keeps well overnight.

Ingredients:

Crust:
230 gr spelt flour
100 gr butter in cubes
pinch of salt
2 tbsp cold water
1 egg

Filling:
120 gr soft butter
120 gr coconut sugar
2 eggs
1 tbsp orange blosso, water
120 gr ground almonds (almond flour)
small bag of dates, pitted
2-3 tbsp unsweetend apricot jam

bake at 200C for 10-15 minutes
then reduce to 180C and bake for another 20 minutes
