Ingredients
100 Ml olive oil
500 Gram mutton
2 Medium size chopped onions
2 Bay Leaves
1 Inch cinnamon stick
2 Black cardamom
2 Green cardamom
1/2 Tsp black peppercorn
1 Small piece mace
1 Tsp white cumin seeds
1/2 Star anise
1 Inch cinnamon
5 Cloves
1 Nutmeg
1 Tsp fennel seeds
1/2 Tsp black cumin seeds
3 Tbsp ginger,garlic paste
2 Tbsp yogurt
1&1/2 Tsp red chilli powder
3 Tsp salt
1 Lemon cut Into equal pieces
4 Green chilli’s
500 Gram basmati rice soaked for 5 minutes
450 Ml water
Pinch of orange & yellow food colour
