– This video demonstrates how nasal packing is performed (0:20) for severe nosebleeds whether it occurs spontaneously or whether after sinus surgery, nasal surgery, or rhinoplasty. Also included is an animation (1:25) showing what is happening internally. The type of nasal packing shown is a Rapid Rhino. Nasal packing is most commonly performed in the ER, operating room, or an ENT office
