Ingredients
Pepper – 1½ tbl spoon
Cumin seeds – 1 tbl spoon
Garlic cloves – 5
Tomato – 2
Curry leaves
Mustard – ½ teaspoon
Urad dal – ½ teaspoon
Asafoetida
Dry chilli – 1
Oil – 1 tbl spoon
Cooked & mashed toor dal (50 grams) with turmeric powder
Tamarind juice of amla size
Coriander leaves
Salt
