Pav Batata

Ingredients:

Green Chutney:
Take a Mixture Jar
1 bunch Small – Coriander with Stem (Soaked in Chilled Water for 15-20 min)
4 no – Green Chillies (Spicy)
4 no – Normal Chilli
1 no – Ginger Piece
5-6 no – Garlic
½ tsp – Black Salt Powder
Salt to taste
1 tsp – Cumin Whole
½ no – Lemon Juice
1 tsp – Oil
1 no – Ice Cube
Grind like Paste

Tadka:
3 tbsp – Oil
½ tsp – Cumin Seeds
½ tsp – Mustard Seeds
7-8 no – Curry Leaves
1 tbsp – Green Chilli Chopped
1 tbsp – Garlic Crushed
1 tbsp – Whole Dry Coriander (Coarse)
¼ tsp – Hing
1/2 tsp – Turmeric Powder
4 no – Boiled Potato Big Chunks
1+1/2 tbsp – Ginger Chilli Paste
¼ Cup +2 tbsp – Coriander Leaves Chopped
Mix Properly
1 tsp – Garam masala Powder
Add above Chutney
1 tbsp – Green Chutney
1+1/2 Cup – Water
Mix all together boil for 10 to 15 min

Pav:
Take a Pan and add
1 tbsp – Butter
1 tbsp – Oil
2 no – Garlic Grated
Pinch – Red Chilli Powder
Pinch – Garam Masala Powder
1 tbsp – Coriander Leaves Chopped
Mix it and add Pav and Roast in Masala

Lastly in Sabji if u need add Water
1 tsp – Lemon Juice
1 tsp – Sugar
Mix Properly
1 tbsp – Coriander Leaves Chopped
Serve with Pav and Garnish with Coriander Leaves Chopped
