This is a unique dish of Rajasthan but now a days , it has become a trend and is liking by every state. Haldiram, bikanervala are the most popular spot for this kachori all over the world but today we will make it at home. The recipe is very simple:
Maida(all purpose flour)- 1 Cup
Ajwain: 1 Tspn
Refined Oil: 1/4 Cup
For Masala filling:
Pyaz(Onion): 2-3 Medium size
Alu(Potato)- 2 Medium
Red Chilli Powder
