I’ve been thinking for a while on how I can make a low fat cake, without using the traditional coconut flour heavy raw cake base but keep the cakes integrity and finally was successful after much thought! This is a low fat, 80/10/10, high carb, fruitarian, raw food vegan cake recipe. Phew, that was a mouthful! Probably one of the healthiest, and tastiest cakes you’ll eat in your lifetime! Yep, you can have your cake and eat it too while following 801010 😉 Enjoy!

Raw Base ingredients:
30 Dates
2 cups apple flour
3 pounds parsnips, peeled and ground
1 1/4 cup coconut flour
1 tbsp vanilla powder
1/2 tbsp nutmeg
1/2 tbsp cinnamon

Raw Brown sugar icing ingredients:
1 tbsp almonds
3/4 pound dates
Water to consistency of caramel

Calories:
600 Calories per slice (1/8th of cake)
Full Cake 4,800 Calories | 03% protein | 82% Carbohydrates | 16% Fat |
