Try my new smoothies recipes which is very much different from the regular smoothies you have. You can use these smoothies as breakfast in your fasting period in Navatri or any upvas or vrat. Its also healthy and best for people on weight loss diet. It will keep you full all day and also is full of nutrients.

Dates Smoothie:
Dates / Khajur -1/2 cup
Curd / Dahi – 1/2 cup
Milk – 4 tsp
water – 2 tsp
dates and almond powder for garnishing

Apple and Chestnut Smoothie:
Apple -1/2
Chestnuts -4
Sugar – 2tsp or honey
curd / Dahi -1/2 cup
milk – 4 tsp
water – 2tsp
cinnamon powder- 1/2 tsp

Banana and Almond Smoothie:
Banana – 1
Almond Powder – 3 tsp
Curd / Dahi -1/2 cup
Sugar or Honey – 2 tsp
milk – 4 tsp
water – 2 tsp
