Ingredients:
500gms chicken
250ml oil (to fry)
Salt (1/2 tea spoon)
Red chilli powder (1 tea spoon)
Corn flour (2 table spoon – while explaining, only flour was mentioned)
Maida flour (2 table spoon)
Rice flour (2 table spoon)
Half lemon
Green chilli’s 15 nos.
Coriander leaves (1/2 cup)
Ajinomoto (1 Tea spoon)
Chicken red colour (1/2 Tea spoon)
For mixing – add 1table spoon of oil and 2 Tea spoons of water (depends on the the water consistency)
Soya sauce (2 table spoons)
