SUJI MANGO CAKE WITHOUT OVEN / EGGLESS CAKE / NO CURD, NO ESSENCE, NO BUTTER PAPER, NO CONDENSED MILK

Today i am sharing with all of you the very easy recipe of Suji/ Samolina cake. It is very simple and easy to make and it is healthy too. I am sure you all will love it. So do try and give your comments.

~Ingredients~

Measuring cup used- 200ml
Cake tin used- 6″ diameter

Suji/Samolina/Rava- 1 and 1/2 cup or 285g
Sugar- 1/2 cup or 150g
Mango- 1 big
Milk- 3/4 cup or 175ml
Refined oil- 1/2 cup or 100ml
Baking powder- 1 and 1/2 tsp
Chopped dryfruits for garnishing
