Cinnamon Roll Cake

Cake Batter Ingredients
* 3 Cups all-purpose flour
* 1/2 Cup brown sugar
* 1/2 Cup white sugar
* 4 tsp Baking powder
* 1/4 Salt
* 2 Eggs
* 1/2 Tbsp vanilla
* 1 1/2 Cups whole milk
* 4 Tbsp melted butter (unsalted)

Cinnamon Sugar Ingredients
* 1/4 Cup melted butter (unsalted)
* 1/2 Cup brown sugar
* 1 Tbsp + 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Cream Cheese Glaze Ingredients
* 4oz plain cream cheese (softened at room temperature)
* 2 Cups powder sugar
* 1/2 Tbsp vanilla
* 1/4 Cup whole milk

Method
1. Preheat oven to 350F
2. To a large bowl add in all the cake batter ingredients
3. Mix till well combined
4. Spray a 9 x 13 baking dish
5. Pour batter into baking dish & spread it evenly
6. In a bowl mix together all the ingredients for the cinnamon sugar
7. Mix till well combined
8. Using a spoon dollop the cinnamon mixture throughout the cake
9. Using a knife swirl the cinnamon mixture around
10. Bake cake (uncovered) for 25-30 minutes & allow the cake to cool down
11. In a bowl mix together all the ingredients for the cream cheese glaze
12. Drizzle glaze all over the cake
13. Enjoy!
