Items you will need for this recipe:
– Pasta of your choice
– 2 – 6 cloves of garlic (I used 2)
– Olive oil (or any oil you prefer)
– Half a lemon
– Half an onion
– 1 1/4 cups of RAW cashews
– 2 cups of UNSWEETENED almond milk (or any non-dairy milk you like)
– 1/4 cup of nutritional yeast

Having a high powered blender works best to blend the “alfredo” sauce. I have this one:
