1/2 cup of oats
1 tbsp maple syrup
berries
plant milk
hemp hearts
peanut butter *optional

Rosé linguine:

linguine
1 can of tomatoes
1 cup of spinach
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
1 cup cashew milk

Burrito bowl:

kidney beans
1 cup of rice
tomatoes
corn
salsa
