I bet you think we’d be sick of Cookies by now? NOPE!!! In fact we just want more! This Skillet Cookie is the perfect dessert especially served warm with a dollop of Ice Cream on top! You can make the dough in advance and pop it into the oven when you need it. Bake your Cookie for just 10 minutes if you want it really gooey in the middle! Baking the Cookie in a cast iron skillet will give your Cookie a light crispy edge too!

55g Unsalted Butter
65g Light Brown Sugar
1/2 an Egg
75g Plain Flour
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Baking Powder
1/8 tsp Bicarbonate of Soda
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
75g Choc Chips
Sea Salt for topping

110g Unsalted Butter
130g Light Brown Sugar
1 Egg
150g Plain Flour
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1/4 tsp Bicarbonate of Soda
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
150g Choc Chips
Sea Salt for topping
