Hello Everyone!

Sticky soy chicken recipe (for 4):
1 red onion
1 pepper
1/2 cup frozen veggies
1/2 cup frozen pineapple
500g diced chicken
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp honey
2 eggs
2 pack wholegrain micro-rice

1. In olive oil fry off the chicken, adding in your soy sauce and honey (turn up the heat for the last few minutes)
2. to a separate saucepan fry your onion and pepper
3. when the onion has softened, add your veggies, pineapple and rice
4. cook for 3 minutes before adding your eggs
5. crack the eggs into the saucepan and combine ingredients
6. cook for a further 2 minutes and enjoy!
